No. You need a wallet app (MetaMask or any EVM wallet). Once connected, creating an invoice takes 30 seconds — the blockchain part is invisible.
To pay an invoice, yes — they pay from their own wallet. Future phases add server-managed wallets (email + OTP) so customers won't need to know about Polygon at all.
Invoices: zero platform fee — only Polygon gas (a few cents), paid by the sender; funds go directly from the customer's wallet to yours. Global cards: a 5% desk fee on the card amount, charged in BZeUSD.
After the on-chain transfer confirms, the payer's browser posts the transaction hash and the invoice is marked paid. Every transaction is independently verifiable on Polygonscan.
